Privacy Policy for Flacify

Last Updated: March 2026

Flacify ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your data. Flacify is designed as a client application for your self-hosted Navidrome server.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Flacify does not natively collect, store, or transmit your personal data, listening habits, or telemetry to our servers. All primary data interactions occur directly between the application on your device and the self-hosted Navidrome server that you manually configure.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide enhanced features, Flacify interacts with the following third-party APIs from your device:

3. Local Storage

Flacify uses local device storage (Hive databases) to cache album artwork, download FLAC/audio files for offline playback, and securely store your Navidrome server credentials (URL, username, and password). This data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us.

4. Data Security

We rely on the security of the server URL you provide. We strongly recommend configuring your self-hosted Navidrome server with HTTPS to ensure that all data (including your credentials and music streams) is encrypted in transit.

5. Children's Privacy

Flacify does not knowingly request or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any structural changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about our Privacy Policy, please contact the developer via the app's supported repository or storefront page.
